Pupils compete in It’s a Fish Out

On Saturday 15th March 2014, Mr Burke and myself took 2 teams to Dorking Leisure Centre for the “It’s a fish out competition”.  24 teams took part from 14 schools.  The competition consisted of 8 disciplines – baton relay, continuous relay, treading water, ball throwing, straddle jump, brick , rope and questions.  Each discipline lasted for 3 minutes.  The children did extremely well  and all enjoyed themselves. Team A came second overall and were rewarded with a cup for the “most improved school” & the B team came a commendable 13th.  The children worked very hard and I am extremely proud of them all.   The two teams comprised of Jemima P, Niamh B, Harley N, Matthew W, Amelia H, Summer P, Lily M and Rebecca W.  Thank you to all the parents and siblings who came along and supported the teams.

Please see the parents gallery for more photos of the competition.
