Yesterday, Monday 16th November 2020, we held our annual ‘Odd Socks Day’ to recognise the start of National Anti-Bullying Week. We saw socks of all sizes, colours and patterns and it was fantastic to see the children express themselves in this fun and unique way. Years 5 and 6 started off their week with an Anti-Bullying themed assembly and other classes will experience this too throughout the coming days.
The purpose of this week is to celebrate all of our differences and how they make us unique and special. Many of the children have participated in and will participate within a range of activities and discussions related to this topic through Form Time or PSHE lessons.
The key message for our children is to be kind and caring to each other.
