Senior School Destinations

Oakhyrst Grange School pupils are prepared for a wide variety of senior schools examinations, both independent and state. It is our aim to work in partnership with the parents to help their child gain a place at the school of their choice.

Mr Gear, the Headmaster at Oakhyrst Grange School, carefully monitors each child’s progress through the school. He has regular discussions with parents on a formal and informal basis in order that each child is appropriately placed.

Each year the majority of the children at Oakhyrst Grange School sit entrance exams for Public and Independent schools as well as grammar schools. Many of our children achieve scholarships.
