Henry is a newly elected governor at OGS and sits on the Finance Committee. He is a senior NHS leader and currently serves as a General Manager at the Royal London Hospital. He has extensive experience leading operational improvement, complex transformation programmes, and strategic change across healthcare services. He is passionate about using innovation, data, and effective leadership to improve patient outcomes and deliver sustainable public services.
Henry is a former pupil of Caterham School (and a current member of the school’s ‘next generation’ Shadow Board of alumni who observe and critique the school’s provision). He studied Music and Music Technology at the University of Nottingham before completing an MSc in Healthcare Leadership at the University of Birmingham. Outside work, Henry sings with a London a cappella group and is an FA-qualified football referee.
