The ISA Mixed U11 Hockey took place on Friday 18th March in Thames Ditton. We knew we had to get going quickly to make it through to the afternoon knockout stages.
Our first match was against St Christopher’s and ended in a draw it was a close game. Our next match was against Radnor House and we were unlucky to concede two goals as we were playing well.
The next game was against the Weston Green A team and a special mention to Alex who made a sensational diving save. Following this match another goal less draw and the final group stage match Jai scored two short corner goals to seal the win against Faraday.
We had made it through to the knockout stages which saw us play a very strong Lingfield College team. Unfortunately we lost 2-0 but we put up a good fight!
