We held another successful Book Day on Thursday 2nd March this year.
We started the day with a whole school assembly where we were treated to a parade of costumes by the LKG and KG classes. LKG – Year 1 then celebrated the day in their classes, whilst the rest of the school tried out a variety of activities around the school. They were introduced to various books and poems and tried out some Quidditch training, writing a set of instructions for making marmalade sandwiches for Paddington Bear and making some cute owls to accompany “The Owl who was Afraid of the Dark”, to name but a few.
Many thanks to all the teachers who came u[p with some super ideas and made sure that an enjoyable time was had by all!
